Freelance photographer in Washington DC since April 1998. Clients include AFP, AP, KRT, Cox Newpapers Washington Bureau and the St. Petersburg Times. Prior to moving to Washington I was a freelancer in Austin, Texas since 1990 covering the Texas state government, governor and University of Texas sports. Graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in photojournalism working at The Daily Texan in many capacities from photographer and photo editor to sports editor.
